Incline+ (“the app”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

Data stored locally on your device

• Your name and identity statement (entered during onboarding)
• Daily mood logs, intentions, and reflections
• Habit completion history
• Notification preferences
• Your Anthropic API key

None of this data is transmitted to our servers. It lives entirely on your device using AsyncStorage.

Data sent to Anthropic

When you use the AI coach (Kai), your messages are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate responses. This includes:

• Your coaching messages
• Your user context (name, identity, today’s intention, streak count)

This data is governed by Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect analytics or usage data.
